QUALITY AND R&D&I
All the production centres have implemented an HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system that allows identifying, preventing and controlling chemical, physical and biological hazards that pose a risk to our products. HACCPs are integrated in a Quality System that guarantees the suitability of our entire production process to properly satisfy our customer's needs and expectations.
We have our own laboratories in each production centre where quality controls are carried out of the raw material and the finished product. Also, controls are carried out of GMOs as well as undesired substance analyses for animal feed (pathogenic microorganisms, mycotoxins, pesticides, dioxins, etc.). Nafosa is also a laboratory affiliated with Dairy One in Spain, providing analysis services to our internal as well as external customers.
NAFOSA has a team involved in R&D&I to ensure the maximum quality of our new as well as existing products in addition to striving to achieve the maximum productivity of our fields, while ensuring the environment is protected. When conducting R&D&I we are in continuous contact with Universities, Government Institutions and international laboratories, responding to the future needs and concerns of our customers.
