WHO WE ARE
Nafosa was founded in 1940 and after years of activity it has become the largest feed company in Europe.
It has 5 plants; 4 in Spain and 1 in Argentina and manages 40,000 hectares with a crop production potential exceeding 400,000 tons that are dehydrated at our facilities.The main products produced are: Alfalfa, Hay, Fescue, Ryegrass, Alfamix, Cotton Seed, Forage oats, Dehydrated Corn Silage and others, since new lines and presentation forms are constantly being created.
Nafosa works, cooperates and collaborates with livestock farms, fodder factories, nutritionists, distributors and sells its products directly in more than 35 countries and in all 5 continents.
The staff, with more than 100 direct and 300 indirect collaborators, is highly knowledgeable about the sector, allowing them to innovate in search of the best product and service and provide great service to the customer, who in the end, is the main focus of the business.
STRATEGIC GOALS
Nafosa is a company that has become a benchmark in the European alfalfa and forages market. Currently our management team is working in different areas, moving forward in a continuous improvement process to achieve a high degree of quality in our products and excellence in our service as a value of reference, all with the aim of remaining the undisputed benchmark in our sector. For this reason, we are currently undertaking the following lines of work.
DIGITISATION
Staying current implementing advances in the digitisation of systems and processes is one of the great challenges of our time. This is naturally true for the agricultural sector with the use of new technologies and machinery that allows us to have even more information and control over the agricultural and productive processes to achieve very high quality forages and be able to fully monitor their traceability.
QUALITY AND TRANSPARENCY
The quality and control of our products has always been one of our identifying traits. Our laboratories are currently recognised throughout the entire animal feed industry as a benchmark worldwide. This is why Nafosa is going to offer this service for producers and farmers as a way to control their different forages. All with the aim of ensuring that other companies can value the way Nafosa controls the quality of their products.

Nafosa is an eminently rural company that has been working for decades on revitalising rural environments with a focus on decentralising from the city to a rural environment. These processes could not be carried out without them being accompanied by a deep commitment to ensuring a sustainable development of all our activities, opting for using clean energies by constantly renewing our agricultural as well as productive equipment.
