Our dehydrated alfalfa packaging process
The process of dehydrating #alfalfa begins when this forage is reaped and classified by batches and qualities of the plant🌿.
The final objective is to achieve a maximum of 12% humidity, for which the alfalfa must undergo different processes such as the #trommel, which is a drum where the alfalfa is heated using #biomass combustion, causing the alfalfa to lose humidity and density. After the product is cooled, it is then #packaged 📦 in 30, 400 and 750 kg #bales for the end client, ensuring its durability and preservation in optimum conditions.
