Alfalfa harvest begins
The Nafosa fields are already at full capacity with the arrival of the first cut of alfalfa in our crops in the northern hemisphere.
This is a very promising season in terms of product quality and specifications, which we we expect to carry out 7 or 8 cuts, but which has started with excellent analytical results in our NAFOSA LAB service.
Due to the mild temperatures that accompany this first cut, we achieve quality levels with high technical specifications, this will evolve as the summer season progresses and temperatures increase, which we will take into account to give a dehydration treatment adapted to each cut.
